When I founded TJ's 3D Printing and Prototypes LLC in 2025, I did it because I know how slow the traditional manufacturing process could be for creators. I have been working in machine shops designing fixturing, programming CNC's and pushing the limits of machining for over 2 decades. The first part I got 3D printed was for a fixture design that the casting was not ready for. We had it 3D printed and was able to get the fixture dialed in and ready weeks before the 1st casting was ready. I knew from that point on there was a faster way to get the job done.
Today, I combine additive manufacturing technology with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
